Hurricane Harvey Hygiene Kit Assembly September 1st
On September 1st, 2017, Kids4Community hosted a hygiene kit assembly that gathered over 100 volunteers who gave their time to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey.
The event lasted 2 hours. During this time, volunteers assembled almost 2000 hygiene kits and wrote over 200 letters for people who were affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Kids4Community also received many donations such as clothing, diapers, toys and even portable boosters seats to help fire fighters evacuate children quicker, safer and easier!
In the end, everyone had fun and felt like they had done something good, which they had!
