Spreading Word About Homelessness
On April 25th at 8:15 am Kenan Pala was interviewed by Fox 5, San Diego. Kenan was able to share his story and spread word about homeless, and the need for citizens to do more volunteer work in the community.
The interview was organized by Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, the organization that selected Kenan as California’s top youth state honoree. Prudential Spirits of Community Awards has invited Kenan will go to Washington D.C from May 6-9 where he will hopefully be selected as one of Americas Top Youth Volunteers of 2017.
This interview allowed Kenan to talk about kids4community. This will hopefully result in more people being interested in homelessness and community work.
